FordPass Rewards is an exciting program that allows members to earn and redeem Points on eligible vehicle service and maintenance or new vehicle purchases or leases. FordPass Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value. Point earning and redemption values are approximate and vary by products and services redeemed.

Owner Advantage Rewards (OAR) has come to an end. But, if you’re enrolled in our loyalty program, FordPass Rewards, here’s a breakdown of how your remaining Owner Advantage Rewards will be honored, including time-period for expiry.

• Dealer-funded Service Rewards — Migrated into equivalent value of FordPass Rewards Points prior to July 18, 2022, will be available for redemption at any participating Ford dealership and will expire after two (2) consecutive years of account inactivity
• Earned Oil Changes — an Earned Oil Change coupon(s) expired on January 12, 2023, and are no longer valid
• New Vehicle Sales Rewards — New Vehicle Sales Rewards coupon(s) expired on July 18, 2022, and are no longer valid

When customers download the FordPass App⁹⁹ or enroll on the website at FordPassRewards.ca, they automatically become members of FordPass Rewards. Get started by downloading the FordPass App for iPhone or Android.^{97, 98} The Rewards Centre (1-833-502-1689) or a dealership can also assist with enrollment.

Yes. When customers create an account and accept terms and conditions for FordPass (either through the app or online), they are automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards. If FordPass members joined prior to January 12, 2021, they will need to accept the new terms and conditions and will then be enrolled in FordPass Rewards.

No, customers cannot sign up for FordPass Rewards without an email address. An email address is used for the account user name and to communicate program-related information.

No. Members can still enjoy the benefits of FordPass Rewards without owning a Ford vehicle. Points are associated with a member account, not a vehicle.

No. FordPass Rewards accounts are based on the individual account owner.

No. Members can earn FordPass Rewards at their participating dealership and view their account online at FordPassRewards.ca. However, they do a need a Ford member account such as an Owner or Lincoln Owner account to participate. The FordPass App⁹⁹ is needed for some earning opportunities, for example to complete FordPass Connect modem activation process for modem-equipped vehicles to earn Thank-You bonus Points for a vehicle purchase or lease.

Members can see FordPass Rewards Points balances when logged in to their Owner account online or in the FordPass App under the Account tab. The dealer can also look up the balance.

FordPass Rewards is available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase or lease a new vehicle or later in their ownership.

FordPass Rewards members will receive member-exclusive communications via email, in-app messaging or other forms of digital messaging.

FordPass Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of qualifying Ford, Motorcraft^® or Omnicraft^™ parts, associated labour from participating Ford dealerships and by members participating in qualifying activities and offers from Ford, through the FordPass App or website. Point-earning opportunities could include:

• Points with new vehicle purchase or lease for completing the following:

Members earn 10 FordPass Rewards Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and associated labour at any participating dealership.

Members who have purchased or leased a new vehicle on or before December 31, 2024, can earn 5,000 bonus Points on the first retail service appointment completed within 12 months of the vehicle purchase or lease date at any participating Ford Dealer. Bonus Points are available for first retail service appointments completed after January 1, 2024. Any bonus Points awarded are in addition to the 10 Points earned per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and associated labour.¹⁷⁸

Members will earn 10 Points for every $1 spent on the purchase of Ford, Motorcraft^® or Omnicraft^™ part and any associated labour from a participating Ford dealer. Non-Ford parts or services will not earn Points.

Earning is limited to qualifying repair orders with a Ford, Motorcraft^® or Omnicraft^™ part.

International earning and redemption is not available at this time; Points are only earned and redeemed in Canada.

Yes, electrified vehicles follow the same rules as all customers but depending on the type of vehicle, may have other processes to follow. To receive the Thank-You bonus Points on a new vehicle, a customer must purchase or lease a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealer, activate and maintain FordPass Connect modem* and join FordPass Rewards within 60 days from the purchase or lease date.

Most 2020 Model Year and beyond Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) and Battery Electric (BEV) vehicles are supported by the FordPass App. Owners of these vehicles need to download the FordPass App to enroll in FordPass Rewards and activate their modem to earn FordPass Rewards Thank-You bonus for their purchase/lease.*

2020 Fusion PHEV, C-MAX Energi, FusionEnergi, and Focus Electric are not supported by the FordPass App, but are compatible with the MyFord Mobile App. Owners are encouraged to download and use MyFord Mobile to enjoy benefits of connectivity. These customers are still eligible to earn FordPass Rewards Thank-You bonus Points for their new vehicle purchase/lease by enrolling online or via FordPass App download.**

No, all new vehicle retail purchases or leases are eligible with a sale date on or after the national launch of FordPass Rewards.

If a member deactivates the modem on their vehicle prior to the required 180-day period, the Thank-You bonus Points earned will be removed from the member account. If the member has redeemed part or all of the earned rewards, FordPass Rewards will deduct the remaining Points from the member account.

It can take up to 30 days for the Points to appear in the member’s FordPass Rewards account. Contributing factors include: the vehicle sale report date from the dealership, the modem activation date and the date the customer joined FordPass Rewards.
